No harmful substances are used in the entire production process, and the product does not exist in Hazardous substances, of which the core material internal irradiation index of magnesium wing composite panels is only 0.1 (standard requirement ≤ 1.0), external exposure index 0.1 (standard requirement ≤ 1.0), non-radioactive, zero formaldehyde, through the green product low carbon certification.

Lightweight
The magnesium wing composite board uses polystyrene particles as a filler to greatly reduce the weight of the board. According to the different use areas, the bulk density of the board is also different, usually between 295-300kg/m, which is 60% of ALC wallboard and 12% of concrete.

Under the allowable additional uniform load of 4.0KN/m², the mid-span deflection is 6.55mm, no crack is found at the bottom of the plate (the mid-span deflection shall not be greater than L0/200 (14.5mm)). The 12.3 of bending failure load test results is much larger than the standard technical index 1.5, and the bending compressive bearing capacity is strong.

The fire rating is Class A, the fire resistance time limit is greater than 1.5h, the test results show that the high temperature combustion is greater than 1.5h, and the integrity and heat insulation of the plate are not lost.
