The project is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 12,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 39,600 square meters for the new buildings, including a student dormitory building with a construction area of 7,280 square meters. Once completed, the project will become a regular high school with 24 classes, providing 1,200 student places.
The project employs BIM (Building Information Modeling) for full professional collaborative design, digital ordering, and industry-leading prefabricated modular construction technology. The main structural components, floor slabs, and other prefabricated parts are produced in advance at a prefabricated industrial base, assembled into integrated modules, and then hoisted and connected on-site to form a complete building system. The assembly rate exceeds 95%, which can greatly shorten the project duration, reduce construction risks, and lower noise pollution, while providing advantages such as high strength, light weight, and strong seismic performance.
